EOLUS is the new highly reliable, centralized Bedding Handling System for Clean side applications with the objective of maximizing workflow efficiencies and reducing operator exposure to dust.
The bedding material enters the system via the Loading Funnel which is suitable for both small and tote bags applications. The system guarantees high-level flexibility in case larger buffers are required with the integration of intermediate single or multiple Silo(s) to stock the material. The efficient material transportation from the loading funnel to the Dispenser unit, located in the washing area, is guaranteed by the vacuum generated by the pump which is integrated in the Technical Compartment.
The EOLUS system guarantees operator high-level protection and minimum efforts during all working phases, resulting in an optimal ergonomic and safe solution!
