EOLUS is the new highly reliable centralized Bedding Handling System for an automatic material and enrichment transportation from the washing area to the waste collection point.
The dirty material is dumped by the operator at ergonomic height into the Waste Disposal Station (WDS) and then it is automatically transported via a conveyor belt into the hopper shredder and pneumatically drawn by the central vacuum unit into the waste collection point which can be installed outside the washing area in different locations based on the specific customers’ layout.
The EOLUS system guarantees minimum operator efforts avoiding any heavy load handling which results in optimal ERGONOMICS and minimal allergen exposure.
