Did you know that IWT can support you with 'online' technical service?

This option, is an integral part of our servicing offering and has been for many years.

Now that travelling is limited or no longer possible it’s a vital part of how we continue to support our clients.

Our aim is to support our Business Partners and clients around the world, guiding qualified local engineers on site during installations, commissioning or service interventions.

Today we wanted to share with you one of the most challenging and successful remote activities: the installation of an Atlantis EVO Rack Washer at a client's site in Hong Kong.

 

 

So, how do we successfully manage such an important, delicate and complex installation?

  • First of all, we prepare and release a complete and customized installation package (a set of documents which includes detailed instruction), specifically developed to give the best support to the Technicians Team in the preparation of the installation
  • a Q&A interactive meeting involving the IWT and the assigned field engineers, installation and service managers, which reviews all the documentation, clarifying any possible doubt and answering all related questions
  • IWT qualified engineers are side by side with the field engineers' during the whole on-site installation phase thanks to an online 360° remote assistance tool, sharing  webcam images, documents, 3D views and renders, as well as hands-on machine instructions performed live in our fully equipped showroom.
